Worn down

I feel worn down. Like a rock in a stream, there just seems an unending current of grief.
It makes me sick to my stomach so I try not to think about it.

What I know is true:
God is good.
God is love.
God can provide for all my needs.
God has a plan and it is good.
God is merciful.
There is no more suffering, no more pain in Heaven.

Pray that I would hold tightly to these truths and that they would sustain me.
